  • Fractional Estate Management Fee
  1. Full-Time: (54 hour per month)                    Yearly:                 $102,000.00                                           Monthly:              $8,500.00

Additional Fees

Most of the services listed are covered under the yearly and monthly fractional estate management fees.  Should the hours exceed the monthly balance, the extended hours will be billed at $175.00 per hour.

Billed at California compliance rate depending on the documents to be signed.  Travel time is applicable.

  • Technology Services are billed at 15% of labor costs.
